Delivery time

If we do not need to modify the piece, the delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days from the moment the order is placed.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.

 

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear itemized in your purchase summary. The costs will be calculated depending on the destination and will therefore be:

Spain: €6

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, others. Please contact us and we will arrange the shipment.

  

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If 5 working days have passed since your order confirmation and you have not received it, please contact us at joanayuso@hotmail.com.

 

 Exchanges and returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, you have 14 days to exchange or return the product.

To make a return, you must notify joanayuso@hotmail.com or go to the physical store (C/ Rutlla nº23 17002 Girona) during our business hours. In that case, if stock allows, the exchange or refund will be made at that moment.

Shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

They must be returned in their original packaging.

Personalized or modified products cannot be returned.

Once we have received the products and checked their good condition, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
